Thank you for shopping with El Gordito’s Closet! We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

• Items that appear worn, washed, damaged, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, size, or defect).

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

• If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
